We don't sell your data to anyone across the platform or outside the platform. While the students registering to Gradburg, he/she is automatically allowing your Gradburg to use your data for enhancing user experience. We share non-confidential user data (Name, Username) with other users and Universities Users are expected to keep the data confidential or share it only for the community purpose. Colleges are accountable to face the legal actions under the Global Data Protection Regulation in The European Union and Section 43A and Section 72A of the IT Act in India for sharing the data with external sources without the consent of the data owner. While Universities or Educat agencies registering to Gradburg, are automatically allowing other users to see your data. Any users in the platform are expected not to share any details of other users without the consent of the particular user. Even though the user data are protected according to the terms, we are not accountable for the security breaches affecting our platform.

2. Usage Policy

Any person who is above 8 years looking for an enhancement in his/her professional career can join Gradburg and get updated about the new educationsl trends. Universities or business organizations that acquire human resources should also consider the labor laws of the particular country. Gradburg is not accountable for the problems regarding Labour laws, Child Labour issues faced by the business organizations even though the acquiring is done through Gradburg. Public posting of the contents is limited to certain topics, Users are only allowed to create posts only based on those topics. Any disobligation activity leads to an immediate suspension of your account. Publishing pornographic contents, glorifying patriarchy, adoring comments about the usage of drugs and pest, misogynic statements, popularising religious statements, Slut shaming etc will also lead to the immediate suspension of the account and will face the legal actions from Gradburg or any other user or by the victim. When you use our Services, you will find links to other websites that we don’t own or control. We are not responsible for the content or any other aspect of these third-party sites, including their collection of information about you. 3. Service Policy

Any users excluding business organizations can access different services that are both paid and free. The resources provided by Gradburg are meant for the personal use of the user. Resources include videos, Images, Documents etc from Courses, Resume builder formats and styles, and Gradburg Logo. Any external sharing of these contents is strictly prohibited and such activities are accountable for Legal consequences under the Copyright Act and the Piracy Act. Multiple users logging into a single account is also prohibited and if noticed, the account will be immediately suspended without any notice.
